Since our grand opening in April 2025, our Tinyhouses have been consistently booked, and the response has been fantastic! Now we're looking forward to another wonderful year with lovely guests in our Tinyhouses.
With heart and sustainability in focus
Our Tinyhouses are built with love and care - almost everything is created by hand, using wood from our own forest and carefully selected, natural and sustainable materials. The drawings are signed by Ignacio Ruiz, our son-in-law and also a passionate architect working in Spain.
Here we create a warm and harmonious oasis where you can relax, enjoy the changing seasons and feel at home.
Between bookings and during quieter periods, we continue to work with the outdoor environment and gardens to improve the experience even more of what our guests love, comfort, sea, nature and tranquility.

House rules
- Sort waste according to instructions in the houses
- Do not fly drones without our permission (out of consideration for other guests & the animals)
- No extra guests during your stay except those included in your booking
- Music can be played indoors, but not outdoors or at the beach
- Be aware of the fire risk and use barbecues and stoves as instructed in the houses
- Drive slowly on the small roads and park at the house you booked
Checking in and out
Checking in: From 15.00
Checking out: No later than 12.00 (Sundays no later than 13.00)
Flexible check-in and check-out times are possible. Ask us when booking!
Booking conditions
Payment options:
- In the booking calendar you pay by credit card. You pay a booking fee of 25 % when your next booking is more than 14 days away (21 days in high season), otherwise you pay the full amount.
- The final amount will be charged to your credit card 14 days before arrival (21 days in high season)
- If you prefer to pay for your stay by invoice, please let us know.
Cancellation policy:
- The total amount paid will be refunded if cancellation is notified at least 10 days before arrival. During weeks 23-34 and Christmas & New Year, Easter & Ascension, 14 days apply.
- An administration fee of 5 % of the total cost of your stay, deducted from your refund.
Conditions late cancellations:
- If the reservation is fully paid and you cannot come, we will try to rent out the house.
- Repayment depends on the income from the new tenant.
- If the house cannot be rented, no refund is given
Possibility of rebooking:
- Provided you notify us at least 7 days before your arrival date, you can rebook your stay within 6 months in any of our accommodation.
- The possibility of rebooking does not apply to bookings during weeks 23-34, as well as Christmas & New Year, Easter & Ascension.
Important information:
- An administration fee of 5% of the total amount of your booking will be charged for refunds and rebookings.
- A booking is personal and requires our authorisation for transfer.
- These conditions are valid from 2025-03-19
Optional extras
You can add the following options to your booking.
- Sheets/towels: included in your booking

- Hot tub on arrival: 300 kr
- Hot Sauna boat on arrival: 500 kr
- Yoga with private instructor300 per person (minimum 5 people)
- Summer Yoga Wednesdayr SEK 200 per person
- Spring and autumn Yoga Saturdays SEK 200 per person
