Activities on the farm

Relax and let yourself be embraced by the magical nature of Bohuslän. Cook both inside and outside, kayak, enjoy salty baths and sea saunas. Hike, barbecue, socialise and enjoy.

Hiking

Pack your lunch and head out into the woods on trails or off-road in the local area. If you want, you can join the hiking trail Coastal paths and walk along the sea, meadows and forest to Ljungskile. There you can have lunch or a coffee break. If you don't want to turn round, take bus 331 from Ljungskile station back to Hällesdalen. There are also several nice areas for hiking a short drive away, such as Svartedalen Nature Reserve and Bredfjället

Book TORPET For old-world charm and character, this authentic and cosy 18th-century house makes every moment cosy. Suitable for families and groups of 5 to a maximum of 10 guests. Ideal for couples, friends and families. If you are a larger group, use of the Lilltorpet guest cottage is included.

Book ANNEXED when there are lots of you and you want plenty of space to eat and cook. This rustic and charming house welcomes families and groups of up to 20 people (of whom a maximum of 16 may be adults)

Book BLACK HOUSE and enjoy comfortable beds, a feeling of luxury, and a hot tub under the open sky. Suitable for couples, friends, and the small family. The Black House can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests. If you book the guesthouse Hytten, you can have a maximum of 6 guests.

Wood-fired hot tub

After a day outdoors, it's wonderful to enjoy a hot bath, look at the stars and listen to the sounds of nature. In the evenings you can often hear the hooting of the barn owl.

Wood-fired sauna boat

Our small wood-fired sauna is moored at the jetty. It can accommodate about 7-8 people. It is included in your booking, and when you book the sauna, it is only for the hours you have reserved. The sauna is in the sea until the end of September, after that you can use it from land as it is on the shore.

The Annex also has a spacious wood-fired sauna inside the house.

Windbreaks

A short walk away is our high-altitude shelter. There you can barbecue, have a coffee, or just enjoy the view.

Kayaks and Paddleboards

On the beach there are 10 kayaks, 2 double kayaks and 1 paddleboard.boards for our guests to borrow during their stay. Life jackets are available in various sizes.

In several of our houses there are wood-burning stoves. Hot tubs and saunas are also heated with wood. We will assist you upon arrival and explain how to safely light a fire.
