This bedroom is located between the main entrance and the kitchen. Bright, airy room with access to the terrace. View towards the garden.

The main bedroom of the White House is located upstairs when you enter through the main entrance and is built as two rooms in one. In one part there is a 180 bed, and in the other part a sofa bed. Adjacent to the ”Suite” is a bathroom with bath, shower and WC. The bedroom has a sea view and two private balconies, one of which is furnished with table & chairs.

This bedroom is a single room and is located next to the suite, and thus directly adjacent to the bathroom with bath, shower and WC. Window with sea view.

Living room and public areas
The White House has two living rooms with seating areas. The first is located next to the main entrance, and has a fireplace, a sofa and an armchair. The second living room is adjacent to the dining room and has a tiled stove, spacious corner sofa and views of the bay.
Kitchen and dining room
The White House has a large, open-plan kitchen with modern appliances, a high dining table for up to 8 people and a bar counter. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room with seating for 10 people. The dining room is also used as a conference room for business guests.

Toilet 1, lower level: WC, adjacent to the main entrance.
Bathroom 2, upper floor: WC and shower and bath. Adjacent to the Suite and the Little Suite.
Bathroom 3, upper floor: WC and shower. In connection with wings 1 and 2.
Patio
The White House has a stone-paved terrace that extends around almost the entire house, overlooking the sea.
The patio is equipped with a dining table, sun loungers, a gas barbecue and a wood-fired hot tub.
Glazed conservatory
Leading from the kitchen is a glazed conservatory with sea views. The conservatory is furnished with comfortable sofas & several armchairs.

House rules
-No parties or stag parties. *If you are planning a celebration, please consult us beforehand booking.
- Music at a reasonable volume may be played indoors, but not outdoors or at the beach.
- No pets
- Sort waste according to instructions in the houses
- Do not fly drones without our permission (out of consideration for other guests & the animals)
- No extra guests during your stay except those included in your booking
- Be aware of the fire risk and use barbecues and stoves as instructed in the houses.

Summer 2026:
Booking for summer 2026 (weeks 28-32) is now open! For other dates please send an enquiry.
• Minimum 5 days booking applies to the White House during this period. price 9000 kr day.
• Midsummer: Minimum 4 days, and cannot be booked online - send your enquiry by email. Price 10 900 SEK / day.
All prices are up to 10 guests (including children) and includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels and bathrobes.

- Hot tub on arrival: 500 kr
- Hot Sauna boat on arrival: 500 kr
If you wish to order food during your stay, we have great partnerships with caterers who can deliver to your house, or cook on site. Some examples are breakfast, seafood tray, charcuterie tray, barbecue in the shelter. Get in touch if you are interested in food and we will help you with contact.
Booking conditions for private bookings
Payment options:
- Book online: In the booking calendar you pay by credit card. You pay 25 % booking fee when your next reservation is more than 14 days away (21 days in high season), otherwise you pay the full amount.
- The final amount will be charged to your credit card 14 days before arrival (21 days in high season)
- If you prefer to pay for your stay by invoice, please email us.
Cancellation policy:
- The total amount paid will be refunded if cancellation is notified at least 14 days before arrival. During weeks 23-34 and Christmas & New Year, Easter & Ascension 21 days apply.
- An administration fee of 5 % of the total cost of your stay, deducted from your refund.
Conditions late cancellations:
- If the reservation is fully paid and you cannot come, we will try to rent out the house.
- Repayment depends on the income from the new tenant.
- If the house cannot be rented, no refund is given
Possibility of rebooking:
- Provided you notify us at least 14 days before your arrival date, you can rebook your stay within 6 months in any of our accommodation.
- The possibility of rebooking does not apply to bookings during weeks 23-34, as well as Christmas & New Year, Easter & Ascension.
Important information:
- An administration fee of 5% of the total amount of your booking will be charged for refunds and rebookings.
- A booking is personal and requires our authorisation for transfer.
