Welcome to our charming and spacious house Annexet, an ideal accommodation for families and groups of friends who want to enjoy both comfort, community and nature experiences.
*The maximum number of guests is 20, but only 16 of these can be adults.
You can cook together in the modern and well-equipped kitchen, or use the barbecue outdoors for lovely dinners. There is plenty of space to eat both indoors and outdoors. The terrace that runs around the house has several seating areas, including one under cover.
The combined kitchen and dining room has a large dining table with a big-screen TV, perfect for socialising.
A wood-burning stove creates a cosy atmosphere.
Extra TV room with a large and comfortable sofa for relaxing.
When the weather permits, you can move out to the secluded back patio, where you will find a spacious dining table for long meals outdoors.
The house has a large wood-fired sauna and a wood-fired hot tub that can be used all year round.
A short walk away, seaside experiences await:
Beach and jetty with access to borrow kayaks and life jackets.
Wind shelter on the mountain with magnificent sea views and barbecue area - a perfect place to enjoy the sunset.

The annex has a comfortable living room with a sofa group, board games and TV, which is adjacent to the large, spacious dining room with a dining table that seats 20 people. The dining room is adjacent to the open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is modern, with fresh white goods and kitchen appliances and a bar counter. The dining room is also used
as a conference room for corporate guests.

Fire Safety & House Rules
Fireplaces and fire safety
For everyone's safety, guests are personally responsible for ensuring that all fires are lit in a safe manner and in accordance with our instructions and applicable regulations. Fires in stoves, wood-fired saunas, wood-fired hot tubs, barbecues or other hearths must never be left unattended as long as there is fire, embers or heat remaining. In the event of a fire or suspected fire, the emergency services must be called immediately using the applicable emergency number – 112
Guests are responsible for complying with all safety regulations during their stay. Any damages or costs incurred as a result of negligent or improper handling of fireplaces may be charged to the responsible guest.
We would also like to draw your attention to the fact that, in the event of an increased fire risk, there may be restrictions or bans on the use of the wood-fired hot tub, the wood-fired sauna and the barbecue area in the wind shelter. We always follow the rules and recommendations issued by the authorities and the fire service, and inform our guests of any restrictions or fire bans that may apply during their stay.
The house is equipped with smoke alarms, a fire extinguisher and a fire blanket.
House rules
- Not fixed *If you are planning a celebration, please consult us beforehand booking.
- Music at a reasonable volume may be played indoors, but not outdoors or at the beach.
- No pets
- Sort waste according to instructions in the houses
- Do not fly drones without our permission (out of consideration for other guests & the animals)
- Not allowed to shoot rockets & firecrackers (out of consideration for the animals)
- No extra guests during your stay except those included in your booking

Our prices vary according to the season and may therefore be lower or higher than the price examples given below. During high season and public holidays, higher prices apply. To see the correct price for your dates, please use the booking calendar.

Hot tub, sauna, wood-burning stove
For your convenience, firewood and water for the hot tub, wood-fired sauna, sauna raft and wood-burning stove are included as described below. If you wish for additional firewood, water refills or heating, it is possible to purchase these at the prices below.
Hot tub adjacent to the house
The hot tub is filled with mains water and heated with wood.

Wood-fired sauna in the house
The wood-fired sauna offers an authentic and relaxing sauna experience.
The booking includes:
- Wood for heating the sauna on one occasion

- Further heating: 400 kr per session
Sauna raft
By the beach, our wood-fired sauna raft is located close to both the jetty and the swimming area. *The sauna is easily booked by signing up on a list that is posted on the sauna..
The booking includes:
- Use of the sauna, including firewood.
- Up to 4 hours of use
- Saunas are booked for 2 hours per session.
Optional extras:
- Further heating and use: £200 per session
Log burner
The house has a wood-burning stove which contributes to a warm and cosy atmosphere. *The stove is not to be used during the summer.
The booking includes:
- Two well-stocked log baskets upon arrival
Optional extras:
- Extra notes: 150 kr per basket of firewood
We kindly ask you to use firewood and water thoughtfully so that together we can conserve the farm's resources and protect the environment. 🌿 We would also like to draw your attention to the fact that if there is a risk of fire, there may be restrictions or bans on using the wood-fired hot tub, wood-fired sauna or having a barbecue in the shelter. We follow the authorities' rules and recommendations and will inform you if any instructions or bans apply.
Optional / private bookings
You can add the following options to your booking.

- Bathrobes & bathing shoes: £80 each

- Heated Sauna Raft on Arrival 500 kr
- Hot sauna in the house upon arrival: £600
If you wish to order food during your stay, we have great partnerships with caterers who can deliver to your house, or cook on site. Some examples are breakfast, seafood tray, charcuterie tray, barbecue in the shelter. Get in touch if you are interested in food and we will help you with contact.
Terms of payment & cancellation
Terms of payment
- You pay 50 % of the total cost of your stay at the time of booking.
- The remaining 50 % will be automatically charged to the same payment card 30 days before arrival.
- The remaining 50 % will be charged 45 days before arrival for stays during weeks 25–34, as well as over Christmas and New Year, Easter and Ascension Day.
- If the booking is made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount will be charged at
the booking opportunity. - If you wish to pay via invoice, please feel free to contact us via email.
- Payment options for electric vehicle charging, extra firewood and water are PayPal, Swish, cash or payment card.
Cancellation policy
- If you cancel at least 30 days before arrival, all amounts paid will be refunded, less an administration fee of 5 % of the total cost of your stay.
- During weeks 25–34, as well as over Christmas and New Year, Easter and Ascension Day, cancellations must be made at least 45 days before arrival to qualify for a refund.
- If you cancel after the deadlines specified above, no refund will be given.
- An administration fee of 5 % applies to all refunds.
- The booking is personal and may not be transferred to another person without our written approval.
These terms and conditions apply to bookings made from 27 July 2026 onwards.
