When we take the time to pause and reflect on the summer of 2026, we do so with great gratitude.

Every year is unique, but this season's is one we will remember particularly well. Together, you have created the warm, welcoming and relaxed atmosphere that makes the farm so much more than just a place to stay.

For us, hospitality is all about encounters. We appreciate the short chats over morning coffee just as much as the longer stories about adventures along the Bohuslän coast. Hearing about your experiences, recommendations and favourite moments is one of the most rewarding parts of our work as hosts.

Over the year, we have also seen how more international guests than ever before have found their way to our part of Bohuslän. We have had the pleasure of welcoming visitors from the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Spain, and our Nordic neighbours Norway and Denmark. Our most distant guests have travelled all the way from the USA, Canada, South Africa, and Japan. At the same time, we have had the privilege of welcoming guests from many different parts of our long country, from north to south.

It feels special to think that people from so many different parts of the world have gathered here at our farm. At the same time, they have been united by the same desire: to experience nature, the peace and quiet, the sea and the genuine feel of Bohuslän.

We also want to highlight the importance that sustainable tourism has for our region. When visitors choose local accommodation, restaurants, farm shops, activities and destinations, they contribute to strengthening the local business sector and creating vibrant communities even outside the high season. It is a development that we are pleased to be a part of.

To all of you who have stayed with us during the year, we want to say thank you. Thank you for your trust, for your kind words, for your stories, and for helping to create a summer filled with joy and community.

We hope your memories of Bohuslän live on for a long time and that our paths cross again.
