HÄLLESDALENS GÅRD is the place where you really want time for each other. Cook together, team up, socialize and of course work – but in a relaxing and creative environment away from the city’s distractions.
Enjoy our wonderful surroundings for activities and play. By the water, a stone’s throw from our houses, you find the floating sauna boat with room for 7-8 people.
The sauna boat is in from April – September and is disposed of by our guests by arrangement. Can be used from land during the rest of the year.
If you would rather see the archipelago from its best side, you can paddle a kayak or sup.

The houses have wi-fi and Apple TV.
When you book a conference with us, coffee / tea during the day, sweets and fruit, as well as towels and bath robes are included.
Cleaning is included in the price.
If you spend the night sheets & towels are also included.
ANNEXET
In Annexet, you can gather larger working groups for creative days, and combine benefit with pleasure. Cook together or order catering – it is up to you.

TORPET
TORPET is the house for you if you look for old fashion cozyness and don’t need a conference hall. Torpet is perfect for teambuilding and socializing.

This room is located on the upper floor, and is a spacious and airy double room. Direct exit to a wide balcony facing the leafy stream, which is shared with Treehouse 2. Here you can enjoy the view of the stream, nature and the sea. The upper floor has its own toilet and shower which is shared between the two rooms, as well as two extra sofa beds.
Bedroom 3, upper floor – “Treehouse 2”
1 x Double bed 160cm
This room is also on the upper floor, wall to wall with Treehouse 1. Spacious and airy double room, also with direct access to the wide balcony. Here you can enjoy the view of the stream, nature and the sea. The upper floor has its own toilet and shower which is shared between the two rooms, as well as two extra sofa beds.
Bedroom 4 – “Lill-torpet”
2 x single beds 90cm
This bedroom is actually a separate, small house of 25 square meters, which is located right next to Torpet. The small cottage has its own toilet and shower as well as a balcony/patio.

THE WHITE HOUSE
Available for booking from 1st of April 2023
The White House is perfect for a small to medium-sized workgroup, especially for management teams. The house has a total of 9 beds, spacious rooms and generally offers high comfort.
The spacious dining room is perfectly suited as a conference room, and the house is located right by the sea.

The White House’s largest bedroom is located to the left, one floor up, once you enter through the main entrance. It has direct
